Flow Execution Options
In OneTeg, there are three ways to execute Flows:
Manually, by executing the Flow.
By setting up a start time and schedule period for the Flow to be executed.
Via Webhooks/Event Calls, which enable the flow to execute when a trigger is sent to it.
To view the execution settings for each flow, please refer to the "Scheduled" column on the Flows page.

Webhook Execution / Using Webhooks
OneTeg offers the ability to trigger flows using webhooks, also known as event calls. Once a flow has been created with the Webhook Connector as its first step and saved, the schedule information on the Flows page will be updated to show "Webhook."

Flow with a Webhook
Webhook trigger events are configured in their originating sandbox/environment.
The OneTeg Webhook Connector can only be used as the 1st step of a flow.
To initiate a flow using a webhook, first create a flow using only the Webhook Connector and save this one-step flow. Upon saving the flow, the Webhook Connector will begin displaying the URL address that must be entered in the originating sandbox/environment.

1-step flow with the Webhook connector. The flow hasn’t been saved yet.

The webhook URL is displayed once the flow has been saved. Please note that this address can be used in your Event Call settings. To facilitate convenient copying of the URL address, simply click the Copy button.
It is also possible to manually execute webhook flows. Should this option be selected, only the most recent information received via the Webhook will be used.
Setting Up Schedules
Furthermore, OneTeg flows can be configured for execution according to a schedule. This option can be selected either during the creation of the flow or at a later stage. Any flow that was scheduled can also be unscheduled later on.
To create a schedule, please select the Schedule drop-down menu and choose an appropriate option.

Options for Scheduling
