OneTeg User Interface - Connections

image-20240529-114041.png

Connections enable OneTeg to log on to other systems with specific
user/system details.

To configure each Connection, you need access to its Connector counterpart.

For each Connection, different fields will need to be configured. Some Connections require complicated authorization and parameters, some require only a username & password.

You can create multiple Connections using the same Connector. These connections can point to different endpoints and use different authentication variables or authentication methods for these systems.

Creating and Editing Connections

To create a new Connection, navigate to the Connections page and click on the “Add New Connection Button”

Please start by selecting the Connector using this Connection, then enter its Connection Name and fill out the authentication information.

You can also edit each Connection later by clicking on the Connection or selecting Edit in the more options menu.

Deleting Connections

Select the Delete option in the more options menu to delete a Connection.

For a Connection to be deleted, it must not be used within any flow. If it is being used, it should first be removed from the Flow, or the Flow must be deleted before deleting the Connection.
