User Interface - Roles
General Information
This page allows users to manage roles. Roles facilitate the management of users by assigning them the necessary permissions. Roles are employed when users are added to organizations.
Adding a New Role
To add a new role, simply click the "Add Role" button. This will open the Create Roles page, which contains three fields: Authority, Description, and Privileges.
Authority: In this field, the role name is filled.
Description: In this field, the role’s description is filled. Filling this field is not mandatory.
Privileges: In this field, all privileges are listed under page-based headers. Once a header is clicked, it expands and all privileges become visible with a checkbox left of them.

Editing Roles
To edit any roles, click on the role you want to edit, or select the “Edit” option under the settings gearbox.

Deleting a Role
A role can be deleted using the "Delete" option under the settings gearbox icon.
. For a role to be deletable, it must not be assigned to any user.
