Overview
This release delivers advanced loop types in the flow builder, a more capable and predictable Teggy AI Wizard, new and updated connectors, a built-in Data Store, and platform reliability and security improvements. The release has been rolled out across all 3 environments (staging, demo, and production), with production going live on October 16, 2026.
Improvements / New Features
Advanced Loops & Parallel Processing
Every looping pattern, built visually. The flow builder now covers the common ways to repeat work. Loops can be nested, combined with decisions, and run in parallel, with no scripts or workarounds.
-
While loop: repeats while a condition is true. It checks first, so it may not run at all.
-
Do-While loop: runs once, then keeps repeating while the condition holds.
-
Batch loop: processes a list in groups, for example 100 records per API call.
-
Parallel processing: item and batch loops can run several iterations at once (off by default; enabled per tenant).
-
Iteration safeguard: every loop respects the tenant's maximum-iterations setting, so no loop runs forever.
-
Clearer, faster editing: correct loop numbers in nested loops, and a step editor that loads faster on large flows.
Teggy AI Wizard
Teggy builds more of the flow for you. Teggy can now take files as input, set up schedules, and test the whole flow before you save it, so you start from a working flow instead of a draft. Results are also more consistent: the flow Teggy shows is the flow that runs.
-
Attachments in chat: share images, PDFs, documents or JSON files, and Teggy uses them as context.
-
Settings & scheduling: Teggy sets up flow schedules and settings when your request needs them.
-
Full-flow simulation: tests the complete flow, including loops, conditions, filters and delays.
-
Auto-generated transformations: transformation steps get their spec from the same AI behind "Generate Spec with AI".
-
Up-to-date connector knowledge: Teggy finds connectors newly installed in your environment, with no manual refresh.
-
Smoother chat: keep typing while Teggy works, compact long chats, and confirm before it opens connection settings.
-
Same prompt, same flow: repeating a request produces the same flow structure.
-
Loops and nested decisions: loops can wrap steps inside decision branches, and decisions can sit inside other decisions several levels deep.
-
Real inputs only: every value Teggy fills in is checked against the step's actual fields.
-
Keeps your configuration: parameter values and expressions are kept when Teggy rebuilds or edits a flow.
-
Faster edits on large flows: small changes to flows with 100+ steps no longer time out.
Connectors
Connect to more systems out of the box. This release adds new integrations, including SAP and AWS services, and several existing connectors gain new actions and fields.
New Connectors
-
SAP OData — point a connection at your SAP OData services, and OneTeg builds actions from their metadata when you create the connection, with no manual spec upload. Each customer gets actions that match its own SAP system.
-
GraphQL — upload a GraphQL schema to turn its queries and mutations into actions (for example, monday.com ).
-
Amazon S3 (v2) — replaces the earlier, more limited S3 connector, with full support for object keys, ACLs and metadata.
-
Amazon SQS — send messages one at a time or in batches, receive and delete them, and list, purge or delete queues.
-
Amazon SNS — publish standard, FIFO or multi-protocol messages, create topics, and subscribe queues.
-
FileSpin — connect FileSpin's digital asset management platform to your flows to move and manage assets automatically.
-
Google Photos — create albums, upload files, add them to albums, and set names and descriptions.
Updated Connectors
-
Google Drive — file uploads now work, and new connections can write to Drive by default.
-
Salesforce — a new action calls your organization's custom Apex REST endpoints.
-
Phrase — connections keep their access token fresh.
-
Mediaviz — authentication is updated.
-
ZIP — list a ZIP's contents without unzipping, extract selected files, and get results as JSON.
-
SharePoint, S-Drive, Plytix, Axiell, monday.com , Metapyxl and Orange Logic — new fields and options.
-
No connection needed — Webhook, ZIP, Transformation, Data Store and Downloader steps now work without a Connection.
Data Store & Admin
Your flow data, stored inside OneTeg. OneTeg now has its own built-in Data Store: tables that live inside the platform. Flows can keep lookup, mapping and configuration data there without a separate database.
-
Built in, no setup: create tables and fields in the OneTeg UI and use them in any flow, with no connection required.
-
Fast imports: import up to 1 million rows quickly.
-
Update or insert by key: match rows on a key field by name; duplicate values get a clear, readable message.
-
Share across organizations: share a table as Read Only or Editable.
-
Usage & limits: usage is counted in rows, with limits set per tenant and organization in Admin UI.
-
Need more? Data Store Plus: the upgrade path for larger needs.
-
New Admin UI screens.
Reliability & Security
A more stable platform, so scheduled flows keep running.
-
Fixes for gateway restarts, duplicate saves, and role permissions
-
Idle live-update sessions now close automatically to preserve platform capacity
Fixed Issues
Key issues resolved in this release include:
-
Throttled flows no longer retry endlessly
-
OTMM asset updates no longer stop a flow
-
Repeated Save clicks no longer duplicate steps
-
Transformation output restored, and empty expressions no longer erase it
-
Flows with ":" in the name run again
-
Flows with a decision after a loop load correctly
-
First-step activity logs are no longer missed, and the flow editor opens faster
-
Webhook connector supports the MediaViz verification handshake, so MediaViz events can start flows
-
Connections no longer ask you to sign in repeatedly
-
Tenant limit settings in Admin UI save correctly
-
Deleted users no longer reappear in organizations
